By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Respia mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the required subscription fee or lifetime purchase price, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Respia offers multiple ways to access premium features:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free Trial: Subscriptions may include a free trial period. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
Subscription Renewal: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
The lifetime purchase provides permanent access to all premium features with no recurring charges. This is a one-time purchase that never expires.
Respia supports Apple Family Sharing for subscriptions and lifetime purchases. When you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, you can share it with up to 6 family members at no additional cost. Family members can access premium features through Family Sharing without making a separate purchase.
Note: Family Sharing applies to subscriptions and lifetime purchases. Each family member must have their own Apple ID and be part of your Family Sharing group.
All sales are final and processed through Apple.
Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store within the applicable refund period. We do not control Apple's refund decisions. To request a refund:

If the original purchaser receives a refund, access for all family members sharing the app will be revoked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
Lifetime Purchase: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be made through Apple's support channels.
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, audio, and design) are owned by Andrej Jasso and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Respia is proprietary software. Your subscription or lifetime purchase grants you the right to use the App as provided, but does not grant any rights to access, modify, or distribute the source code.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andrej Jasso from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are provided free of charge. However:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Respia, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Andrej Jasso regarding the use of the App.
