are owned by Andrej Jasso and protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install Respia on your iOS device(s)
Use Respia for personal, non-commercial purposes
View and access the content provided within the app

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense Respia
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use Respia for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Claim the app or its content as your own original work
Access or attempt to access the source code

4. Trademarks

The name "Respia" and associated logos are trademarks of Andrej Jasso. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission, except as necessary to identify the app.

5. Third-Party Content

The Wim Hof Method is a breathing technique developed by Wim Hof. Respia is an independent implementation and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wim Hof or his organization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RESPIA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDREJ JASSO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF RESPIA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: Respia provides guidance for breathing exercises. Always practice in a safe environment:

Never practice while driving, operating machinery, or in water
Stop if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions
The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Respia and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Respia after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
